Stonefield Development

Working with the Stonefield Development Team led by CEO Bob Pack, along with Dennis and Patty Moser, Dorsee has held an integral role in helping communities rebuild and recover from the disaster of a firestorm. Using her strong ties to the development industry and relationship with state and local government leaders, Dorsee has had the unique and honored opportunity to reach out and assist fire survivors – in both the short and long term.

After the San Diego Cedar Fires, Dorsee worked with the Stonefield Development Team to bring 81 families together to rebuild their homes in Scripps Ranch. With a focus on both quality and customer care, Stonefield built customized homes that efficiently used the lot size. Dorsee also has helped Stonefield support the community of South Lake Tahoe, which is recovering from the Angora Firestorm.

Dorsee and Stonefield are actively lending their assistance and guidance to the communities of Southern California, in San Diego and beyond, as they continue to recover from wildfires. In fact, building experts say Stonefield's model has set a national blueprint for rebuilding homes after natural disasters.
